1.2. Subcontractor(s)

INEACARE is free to use subcontractors. The processor is the natural or legal person who processes your personal data at the request and on behalf of the data controller. The processor is obliged to ensure the security and confidentiality of your data and always acts on the instructions of INEACARE.

2. On what basis is my data processed?

In accordance with the Regulation, we process your data on the following legal grounds:

  • On the basis of the performance of pre-contractual measures and the performance of the contract to which you are a party for all matters relating to the use and provision of our services.
  • On the basis of the execution of the contract to which you are a party and by virtue of our legal obligations for all matters relating to the management of the contractual relationship and billing.
  • On the basis of your consent for the sending of promotional offers (direct marketing).

3. What personal data is collected?

The processing of your personal data is limited to that which is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes pursued by INEACARE. The following is a list of the categories of data concerned by the processing.

8. How to exercise my rights?

To exercise your rights, you must send us a written request and proof of identity by email to contact@t4slim.com. We will respond as soon as possible, and no later than one (1) month after receiving the request.

9. Lodging a complaint

If you are not satisfied with the processing of your personal data by INEACARE, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (https://www.cnil.fr).
